Last Updated: March 18, 2008One of my pet hates is the new breed of advertising for hair care or skin care products that promises us amazing results or attempts to lure us in with fantastic new compounds or "active ingredients". If the hype is to believed, Boswellox IS the greatest thing since sliced bread, Nutrillium MUST be used in order to look anything like half decent and heaven knows how we developed into a civilized society before the discovery of penta-peptides!I don't care that Nutrisse means "nourish", however many times you over enthusiastically flick your hair at me, I just want to know that the products that I am being asked to buy will help to mask the fact that I am getting older! I, frankly, don't believe many of the claims that state that a product will REVERSE the effects of the ravages of time, and I can't believe that fine lines can be rubbed away "on first application" or "within hours". How long before we hear the line - "From the moment you place this in your shopping basket the elastium enriched complex goes to work"? Not long, I fear.
However, cynical old me has recently had a shock, and with a certain sense of self-loathing, I feel I need to pass on the excellent experience, and results, that I have had with L'Oreal Men Expert Hydra Energetic Moisturising Lotion,titleMass of the Angels for Zoe and Ella Irish E.
Hydra Energetic Moisturising Lotion is part of the Men Expert range produced by L'Oreal, Paris. The range is essentially a set of skincare (mainly facial) products for men and includes Vitalift cream and day and night moisturizers to help men to refresh and revitalize their skin, when used daily.
This lotion is billed as "anti-fatigue" and is claimed to recharge the skin, making it feel fresher and smoother, reinforce the skin's resistance,Michael Jordan Banned From Country Club for Breaking Dress C, to guard against pollutants and free radicals(!) and to help smooth the skin and iron out those imperfections! It does this with its "Active Defense System". It's spelled incorrectly and abbreviated to an "ADS" logo! The lotion itself is light greenish blue in color and is perfectly smooth. It has a gel like consistency, meaning that a "ball", once squeezed from the bottle, stays in place until rubbed in. It has no discernible fragrance, but has a definite "freshness" that interested me straight away.
